Every homeowner is unique, and every project requires a slightly different approach to the design and construction process. For a general idea of our approach to that process, here are a few of the major steps we take in creating your new home:

Choosing a Site:
Many custom home buyers already own a lot or have a location selected. If you do not already have a lot, we offer homesites in some of Central Texas’ top communities.

Design and Layout:
Our extensive backgrounds in design and architecture allow us to create truly distinctive homes and landscaping styles. We are happy to assist you in customizing a floorplan for you or work with an existing design.

Cost Estimate:
With the layout and design complete, we will calculate an estimate for the final cost of your home. We can also calculate the different values and prices for various custom features and installations.

Contract & Agreement:
It is standard practice for a homeowner and builder to create and sign a building contract. This contract specifies, in writing, the dimensions, features, project plan, and schedule for your new home.

Construction: When physical construction begins, we will be readily available for site visits, questions and change requests.
